Not a bad movie, but, not a great one either, Anacondas pretty much does what you expected it to do. This one has nothing to do with the 1st and isn't even set in the Amazon. Do they even have anacondas in Borneo? The digitized snakes look decent, but move so fast you never get to really see much. A snake that large would move faster than a speeding bullet, right Superman? On the plus side, there are a lotta big ass snakes, snake attacks, and a pretty good plot to put the victims in the vicinity of the reptiles and explain why exactly they are longer than a Grey Hound bus. I reckon this thing exceeded my expectations as I had none, but it could have been better. There was no rapper in this one, but I actually missed Ice Cube. The new Latina hottie didn't have as nice an ass as J-Blow either. If snakes give you the dirty pants, Anacondas should squeeze one from ya.
