An American Delta Squad goes to Chechnya to stop some terrorists and discover that an a former American scientist, complete with sinister scars on his face, has genetically altered bats to kill and devour human flesh. There's lots of inane dialogue between the soldiers, who don't look or act anything like soldiers, and there's this really homely lady scientist that several of the men think is beautiful. Of course, all the bats are computer-generated and do goofy things like rip off someone's arm or lift a victim in the air and deposit him as a sack of bones.
This movie is so bad it makes me fondly remember the first BATS movie.
