This variation on LORD OF THE FLIES has the Japanese government putting a classroom of 9th graders on an island, giving them weapons and having them kill each other to the last man-well, kid-standing. Because of mass unemployment and the abundance of children who are out of control the government passed a law which helps get rid of some of these violent students. The person who explains all of this to them is a former teacher, who is getting revenge for having been stabbed by them before. In fact, he kills a few just to show them that this game is real. There are tons of killings, high tension and this overall feeling of dread. You really have no idea how the three main characters will ever make it out of there alive. The ending was surprising and fit well.Overall, a memorable and disturbing movie.
