Possibly my first encounter with a Canadian Vampire, Blood and Donuts is the story of a vampire that is back from the dead and hanging out in a donut shop. He befriends a cabbie that is in trouble with the Canadian Mafia (now there's a possible oxymoron, eh?). The canuckpire falls for a donut shop beauty and tries to keep her and his new friend alive, while at the same time, wheening himself off the red stuff and trying to avoid getting a hockey stick through the heart. But, I kid Canada. Anyhow, not much gore at all and zero frontal nudity obviously take away from this one, but some comic relief make it fairly entertaining. A rainy day rental at best.
