Now, I've read every review and write-up about this movie done to date I think. All of 'em say about the same thing, it sucks big time. I missed it back when it came out, but I've always wanted to see this turkey. See what all the anti-hype was about. Finally, it has come to pass and I survived. Yes, it was a turkey, but a lovable one. The monster sucks, looking like a cross between a satellite dish, a Venus flytrap, and an octopus. Still, I enjoyed watching plenty of California goofballs get sucked into the sand. One poor bastard even gets his dick sucked off and I don't mean by a Hollywood Blvd. Hooker either. All in all, I have seen much, much worse. Now, when's part two due out again?
