Tony Todd makes his third appearance as Daniel Robitaille aka The Candyman. The scene shifts to Los Angeles where an art buff and relative of Robitaille is collecting his work. An exhibit is set up and the collection is touted as the paintings of a serial killer, The Candyman instead of the lost works of a painter from the south. Even though Daniel Robitaille and The Candyman are one in the same, he seeks his revenge on these people. The humans seek to kill him and gather up help, but The Candyman no longer works alone. As with most of the 3rd movies in a series, this one is a triquil. (I call it that cause it is the 3rd of the series and its like taking a dose of Niquil....zzzz). No real reason to rent this unless you are a huge supporter of the series or just want to see that Baywatch chick's breasts flop about in her shirt.
