Jeff Daniels is perfect in this role as a frazzled man who wakes up one morning to find his wife gone. Did she run off.. or was she murdered? And what's with that suspicious looking hole in one of the walls? You never quite know what's happening as characters are introduced and reintroduced and you're not sure if Daniel's character is dreaming or awake. The movie is effectively creepy and there are enough twists and turns to keep you guessing as to what's really going on. Recommended.
