In Italy a man's jewelled cross is stolen by some thieves and he must try to get it back before the next full moon. Otherwise, without its protection, he will turn into a werewolf. Of course, he doesn't get it back in time and changes into this really weird looking wolf man. In the tradition of Lon Chaney in THE WOLFMAN, the protagonist here is a victim, not wanting to transform into a killing beast. It turns out that his mother was a satanist and a curse was put upon her child--and the cross is the only thing that prevents the evil from escaping.
