Timothy Hutton (The Dark Half) is a man leading an ideal life. He has a perfect job and family and everything is right with the world. Until he wakes up from this fantasy and finds out that he's really a dead man, brought back to live through cybernetics. A secret organization had him killed-and then experimented on him in hopes of creating the perfect secret agent, a being that could be reprogrammed with each new assignment. The woman scientist, who he thought was his wife in the computer program of his mind, starts developing feelings for him as well since it was she who wrote that particular program to begin with. She says that he's experienced more than she ever has since she's never been in love. But it's a race against time for him to rescue his daughter before the conspiracy kills her--and he only has until midnight before he automatically shuts down. John Glover (SMALLVILLE), as the man in charge of this secret cyborg project, always plays a great villain.Kind of a goofy movie at times, both melodramatic and violent.
