From FANGORIA films comes Andrew Parkinson's followup to his well-received I,ZOMBIE. Rather than re-cover territory set in the original, here the zombies bound together in hope of making their last remaining monthsbearable. ANd the majority of the characters are women, most of whom had gotten infected by another zombie by being bitten. Although the writing, acting and direction is great, it took me about 45 minutes to start 'getting into' this movie, primarily because of how poorly it was shot. Lots of overexposed scenes, scenes that look flat--I've seen better looking Super 8mm films than this 35mm one. Oh well. Hopefully Parkinson will continue to make more zombie movies...his is an interesting premise.
