This is the first release from Hack Movies I have seen and, for what it is, I'd guess it's an amusing short. Two stoner buddies notice a zombie apocalypse while smoking weed on their porch and (slowly) decide to fight back... "Dead Shit" isn't a whole lot different from most SOV, amateur stuff floating around out there and, for the most part, I didn't find it very funny. The 'ass hairs on the pillow' line was the only thing I moderately chuckled at, I believe... The gore effects are nothing even worth mentioning - pretty basic, home-made rubber limbs and plastic, store-bought weapons. Obviously, it's along the lines of "Violent Shit", but just not as... "good"? Still, if you happen to have "Dead Shit" and 30 minutes to kill, there are worse ways to go about it...
