Pretty creepy flick here with a very cool ending that you'd kinda expected from Mr. Wan. I always thought those damn ventriloquist dummies were creepy as fuck ever since I was Magic with Anthony Hopkins and Dead Silence does nothing to change my opinion. The film's storyline was cool and the look helped make the atmosphere kinda dreadful. I loved the whole tongue-ripping thing and the FX were nasty at times. This flick was better than I expected and I'd call it kinda of a sleeper since I don't know that many people that have even seen it yet. If not, why haven't you? It's worth renting.
