This is a very straight-forward killer bee movie, with the prologue explaining how these Africanized bees are on their way to invading the U.S. We then go to a small agrarian town where a man (Robert Hayes) and his family has recently moved. A few killings happen at first-two teenagers on a date and then a local deputy. Then, the man's son and one of his friends inadvertently discover where their nests are-and stupidly blast them apart with a shotgun. Well, the bees are mighty angry and form this huge swarm that attacks the nearest house---which just happens to belong to this particular family. From this point on it's like NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, but with bees instead of zombies. The whole second half of the movie is the family trying to block the windows, the vents, the door bottoms-and trying to figure out a way to get out of surviving.
