This is a gritty and realistic-feeling film about the illegal organ harvesting business. Okwe is an illegal immigrant living in London who never sleeps and works several non-stop jobs to make money. One of these jobs is working the front desk at a hotel. It's here he has met Senay, a Turkish girl, who is in the same situation. She's in love with him but he won't allow himself to be with her because of something he did in his past.
Okwe learns that there are illegals who are selling their organs for money in order to get passports - and that the surgery happens in a room in the hotel. When the creepy hotel manager (Sergi Lopez who was the evil stepfather in PAN'S LABYRINTH) discovers that Okwe was a doctor in Nigeria, he tries to blackmail him. But his plan for the man doesn't exactly work out how he thinks it will.
