This is perhaps the best time-travel series I have ever seen. A guy in his thirties gets knocked in the head and wakes up to find himself back to 1981. And he's fourteen years old. However, he still has his 34 year old mind.
In his present time his parents went through a bitter divorce and he tries to prevent this from happening by bringing them closer together in various ways. He also tries to prevent mistakes in the past from happening. He confides in his best friend that he's from the future, which takes some convincing, though his friend ultimately believes him.
His mother is always inventing things, that if she patented, would become a millionaire. His father, on the other hand, keeps on making bad investments with things like Asbestos.
DO OVER is like SQUARE PEGS meets BACK TO THE FUTURE.
