Another movie where direct-to-video action hero Dean Cain is up against another giant animal, this time a dragon that has been cloned from thousand year-old-remains. He portrays a security officer of a top secret lab-and when things get out of hand, like when the dragon hatches and rapidly grows in size, he has to get the survivors to safety before they become munchies. He gets them out of the compound and into his helicopter before the facility explodes. But the dragon has also escaped and so begins an airborne chase. Eventually the military comes in and kills the dragon with a heat-seeking missile when it breaths fire. This is a fairly entertaining movie, the dragon looks as okay as a computer animated lizard can, and there's some interesting editing, with multiple screens which give the movie a futuristic feel.
