The exact relationship between Da'an and Zo'or is revealed and it surprised me, though it probably shouldn't have, and this adds a whole new dimension to their interaction.
Lilly Marquette appears in only two episodes, basically transformed into non-human and sent far off into Jaridian space by Agent Sandoval. The Taelons have no idea about this. Liam, who was able to shoot energy out of his hands in season two loses these alien powers, becoming more human and a new character, Rene Palmer, is introduced. She works for Jonathon Doors, who is now working with the Taelons to bring their technology to humanity. She basically replaces the void left by Lili Marquette.
We see more of the Jaridians and when Lili Marquette returns, in the season's cliffhanger episode, she's with them--and pregnant with a half Jaridian child.
And, as with the previous two seasons, they kill off another major character.
