In a small town in Ireland, a widower named Michael Farr falls for a visiting author, Lena. He works for the publisher and his job is to make sure the authors get to their press conferences and meetings while they visit. But Lena has a past history with another writer, Nicholas Holden (Aiden Quinn), who is an asshole, and this causes some problems. Lena's recent book was about ghosts, which piques Michael's interest since he's starting to see them in his real life. Michael is still distraught by the death of his wife and is searching for some type of closure.
This is a very low key movie and while the ghost scenes are effective and disturbing, I wasn't quite sure if they were "real" or not or just in the character's minds. Which I suppose is the intention of the movie. Recommended.
