These two movies (THE EMERALD JUNGLE and MOUNTAIN OF THE CANNIBAL GOD) get the same review because they are basically the same movie with different actors. In THE EMERALD JUNGLE Janet Agren is in search of her sister, who joined a strange religious cult. In MOUNTAIN OF THE CANNIBAL GOD Ursulla Andress is in search of her explorer husband. In both films there jungle guides are jaded, reluctant anti-heroes. On the expedition both jungle parties encounter IDENTICAL stock footage of wild animals eating each other, most notably a python eating a live monkey, remnants of a cannibal feast (again, same footage) and even some of the same jungle natives. Of the two, MOUNTAIN OF THE CANNIBAL GOD is more brutal, with more dismemberment, more killings, while THE EMERALD JUNGLE is more satisfying in that it is more character driven and makes you care whether the characters get eaten alive or not.
