An satanic public relations firm lures young wannabee models to the sacrificial altar in hopes of summoning the devil himself. A renegade reporter by the name of McGavin, intent on digging up some dirt on the governor (who is one of the cult members) stumbles upon their plan for world domination...and sees some really cool special effects.
