Yes, this is a sarcastic title. It continues the story line in part 2, with the gory death of the bald dwarf fired out of the canon and the death of "Honey Pie". The other characters hole up in the jail, thinking they'll be safe behind the bars. A new character show up, who is clearly the "hero to the rescue", though he meets his end quickly and unexpectedly. Some truly awful stuff happens to the used car salesman and that one guy who has the pipe through his head is still alive throughout the movie, though he needs subtitles so you can understand what he's saying.
The ending left me a little puzzled, as it's totally out of left field and has absolutely nothing to do with the other two movies. This aside, the movie is hilarious and entertaining, to say the least.
