Gravedigger and Mortician have already done the deed on this one, giving you an in-depth look at this flick, its plot, and the rest. Not much more I can add except my personal feelings. I liked it. It was fun. Looks like Hollywood has decided to go back (somewhat) to the formula that always sells tickets, blood, tits, and soft-core sex. You get plenty of that in F vs. J, especially blood. Guess the ratings board was so ecstatic about seeing the most prolific bad boys of horror kill each other off that they decided to let anything go. Thanks assholes, we do appreciate! The fight scenes and Jason's killing spree are the high points. The plot, acting, and fact that it took ten years to make this shit are the lows. I can't believe this is all we get after the long wait. I mean it's cool and all, but damn I could have come up with this in 30 minutes on the crapper. Still, watching Jason slice through a goofy looking rave party in a cornfield does feel great. Watching him kick Freddy's ass is great too and if you ask me Jason won this showdown, with a little help, but hey Freddy was still rolling his eyes by the end credits. This film made some change, so don't expect either series to be over or that a part two won't be made sooner than later. I did miss Kane Hodder behind the hockey mask, the guy deserves to be there until the end. Funniest moment, Freddy balling some camp counselor chick on the porch while poor old deformed Jason drowns, that was just so wrong, hahahahaha! Just goes to show how far away from the originals these movies have come.
