I think the filmmakers were going for that SIN CITY/DARK CITY/THE CROW look in terms of production value but the script is so weak and makes little sense,compounded with bad acting, to make this almost unwatchable.
The angel Gabriel is sent to Earth, in human form, and he tries to find the other Arc Angels who have disappeared. It turns out that Arc Angel Michael is up to no good and wants Gabriel to join him. Although he's human he does have healing powers. And all the ex-angels, including him, have these weird colored eyes, which is probably the most memorable thing of the whole movie.
This movie makes the last couple of THE PROPHECY movies look WAY better than what they are, if that's any warning to not see this movie.
