This is a 'G-Rated' version of MEDIUM. Whereas that show deals with murders and crimes, this is simply about spirits who need to resolve some issue before they can go to 'the other side'. They do this with the help of Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt), who has had this spirit-speaking gift since she was a child.Some of the stories are very emotional, such as the one about ghost orphans who refuse to leave a building being torn down. Hewitt is good in the role, though maybe a little bit too 'cutesy', and it's the best thing she's been in since the I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER movies. » Search Database for Ghost Whisperer (2005) Seen it?
