Frank (Joel Murray) is very unhappy about the state of modern media, where people talk nonsense, the obnoxious are given a voice and everyone is out for themselves. So when he's diagnosed with a terminal illness he decides to do something about it--by ridding the world of those particular people. After he slays a spoiled teenaged girl who has a reality show he's joined by one of her classmates, Roxy, who wants to help Joel on his mission. This is a dark-comedy serial killer movie that you'll most likely agree with. Directed by Bobcat Goldthwait (WILLOW CREEK, SHAKES THE CLOWN).
