Teenager Kato wakes up in a hotel room, covered in blood. Puzzled at what happened she goes into the bathroom and sees what appears to be her dead body. Frightened, she leaves, and wanders through the woods, encountering some people who completely ignore her, despite her pleas. Her father can see her as well as a few others, including her step-sister. You see, she's now a ghost. All of these people are in some way connected to her murder and since she has no memory has to solve the puzzle of her own demise. There's her alcoholic father, a corrupt policeman, a friend and her jealous step-sister.
The show does keep you hooked as new information is revealed about the characters. It's also an interesting depiction of a ghost. To get from one place to another she has to walk or ride a motorcycle or car. She even sleeps and can have sex with one of the guys who can see her. By the end of the 10th episode everything is resolved, not only for Kato but for the majority of her friends. Highly recommended.
