This totally unnecessary waste of time retreads the plot of the first two movies but absurdly places it in Colorado, where the ocean is over a thousand miles away. So why does the "Fisherman" appear to deal his justice? Because one of the teenagers bought his hook on Ebay, of course. The only thing that I found mildly interesting is that there is actually a supernatural reason for the killer, but this revelation comes about 80 minutes too late. I will always know to avoid these sequels...
