In the movie pilot for this short-lived television show Christopher George is a test car driver who finds out that he's not only immune to every human disease but also to old age. He will live forever. A rich industrialist, who received a liter of his blood-and was brought back from death's door because of it-wants to capture him. He eventually does, keeping him prisoner in a huge bomb shelter beneath his mansion, but he escapes and manages to get back to his girlfriend. There's a shoot out with some thugs, the girlfriend gets shot and he again donates a pint of his blood so that she'll recover. This only makes other people aware of his ability. Like THE FUGITIVE and THE INCREDIBLE HULK, about a man on the run, trying to keep his freedom.
