Bruce Dern portrays a scientist who transplants the head of an insane escaped murderer onto the body of a large retarded man. The two headed man escapes, with the murderer's head/mind in control. The sets are cheap and the story convoluted but any movie with Dern as a crazed mad scientist and Casey Kasem as the movie's hero is definitely worth watching.
