I was about a half-hour in to this slasher/stalker movie when I realized it was a sly parody of those same types of movies. P.J. Soles (HALLOWEEN) finds out that her husband is really a serial killer after she follows him and sees him kill a woman. He's caught and put away in jail. Distraught, her whole world shaken apart, she decides to visit a friend in Australia. There, she meets two guys--one of them turns out to be a peeping tom, watching her every move through the video cameras he has hidden throughout the building she's living in--and the other man seems to be the 'hero' type. Back in the states her husband escapes from jail and comes after her--and is ultimately killed by the hero. But it's made very clear that he has a secret desire to kill her as well. She's like a magnet for slashers! Very entertaining movie, maybe too subtle for its own good.
