By far superior to JACKER 1, this movie continues the story of Mike Rivers (a great performance by Phil Herman!), a sort of indestructable car jacker/bad guy who kills a LOT of people. Although shot on a micro-budget it is extremely entertaining. With cameos by Joel D. Wynkoop (CREEP) and Marilyn Ghigliotti (CLERKS). If you buy one Falcon Video in your lifetime this should be the one.
