Sort of an extended X-FILES episode in the sense that features a weird humanoid creature and very little is explained as to what's going on, the movie does feature some cool special effects and has a nasty looking villain. Yet,when the climactic scene happens it comes off like the punchline of a joke (having to do with the film's title) that went flat.
