This is an odd part of the series, taking place between parts 1 and 2, sort of like what they've done with the recent CHUCKY movies. The Creeper continues to drive his weird truck and prey on humans around a small farming community and a local police Sergeant assembles a group to help him destroy the creature. Oh, and of course there are teenagers who get attacked by the weird monster. A lot more is shown of the Creeper, particularly how he flies and catches his prey, as well as the weird organic weapons that are part of his strange vehicle. Plus, the movie doesn't shy away from the gore. Part 3 is completely unnecessary but it does fill in some of the backstory. Recommended.
