The story of two brothers on a road trip, goofing around on the CB Radio...one of the pranksters does his best 'foxy lady' voice and sets a trucker (with the handle 'Rusty Nail')up with a fat businessman in a hotel room...Rusty Nail don't like that. He takes his 18 Wheeler and goes after these young pranksters...with a vengeance!Cool suspense thriller here, kind of like THE HITCHER meets DUEL. The acting was decent and the plot moved like gangbusters. Decent suspense, loved the CB convo with Rusty Nail when the boys were driving down the highway:'You oughta fix have that fixed...' Rusty Nail says.'What fixed?' the clownish boys respond.'Your back taillight.' WHAM! The truck hits em from behind!Some good gags in this one, enjoyable, not quite THE HITCHER, but a good view all the same. Ted Levine (Jame Gumb from SILENCE OF THE LAMBS), is the creepy voice of Rusty Nail.You can do a whole lot worse than this one! » Search Database for Joyride (2001) Seen it?
