A thief inadvertantly bring a deadly virus aboard an airplane. He dies in mid-flight and soon other passengers start showing symptoms, such as bleeding from the eyes. It's an incredibly fast moving disease.On the ground a doctor from disease control (Penelope Ann Miller) tries to find the answer of how to stop the deaths. It turns out that it's a man-made virus, a biological weapon. It's a race against time to find the cure and also land the plane before everyone on board dies.
