This movie has so many sci-fi and horror references it has to be included here at Buried.com. There's a 'MEN IN BLACK' scene in which Joan Cusack is this scientist over AREA 52. In these big bottles are Triffids, the X from Outer Space, a Metallunan and even Robby the Robot as one of the assistants.There's a scene with Steve Martin, Mary Woronov and Leo Rossi (isn't Tom Savini looking more and more like this guy?) a cameo by Roger Corman and Timothy Dalton (FLASH GORDON, THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS) spoofing James Bond spoofing himself. The thing to see, though, is the shower scene from PSYCHO re-enacted by Bugs Bunny (believe me, you have to see this).A fun, nostalgic movie directed by Joe Dante (PIRANHA,THE HOWLING). A must-see.
