Another detective/serial killer story, this one starring Allison Eastwood (THE SPRING) as one of the cops and Judd Nelson, not as the serial killer but as a priest who is helping the investigation. John Rhys-Davies, who seems to be in every other genre movie lately, portrays a deaf priest who knows more than what he's letting on. Eastwood is a good actress and you kind of wonder why you're watching the movie why she's in it. As per usual movie logic, she becomes intimately involved with her male partner, which turns out to be a mistake. Yet, I must say that I did like the twist ending. I did not see that one coming.
