Ted V. Mikel's newest is a direct sequel to his 70's ASTRO-ZOMBIES. Crocodile paper-mache headed aliens whose mouths don't move, travelling on an asteroid, decide to conquer earth. They produce the ASTRO-ZOMBIES, who run around in black outfits and kill innocent bystanders with machete's. Soon, the President of the United States hears about it and theres a LOT of talk about what they should do in this crisis. After all, the aliens are billions and billions (in a Carl Sagan voice) of years more advanced than us. Eventually the good asteroid aliens come along and save the day. They have three ping-pong ball eyes each and look like monks. Tura Satana reprises her role from the original, there's John Carradine's head (a rubber cast) that is still alive after all these years (my favorite part) and Brinke Stevens who looks puzzled in every shot. Maybe it's because she's trying to figure out why the astro zombies, if they're so advanced, don't use something more hi-tech than machetes. Or maybe she just showed up on the wrong movie set.?!?!?! Anyway, the best way to describe this movie is 'Unbelievable Science-Fiction Horror!' and we'll leave it at that.
