In the near future a large corporation runs a mining colony on Mars. Workers are getting sick from some mysterious plague but it doesn't close down the production. A man, carrying a duffel-bag, is chased by some bad guys and when caught is forced to go outside without a space-suit. Weeks later his brother (Olivier Gruner of NEMESIS), who works for the corporation, comes to investigate the death. He meets with the boss of the company, who we all know is somehow connected with his brother's death. He also befriends a doctor (Shari Belafonte), who suspects something about that plague. It isn't until they meet "Pete the Hermit" (an unrecognizable Scott Valentine) that they find out that the duffel bag his brother carried contained his son-who was deformed from the virus.
This comes off like a really cheap version of TOTAL RECALL or OUTLAND. Indeed, another lame movie by director Jon Hess (ALLIGATOR 2: THE MUTATION, LEGION, WATCHERS)
