John Glover (SMALLVILLE) portrays a bitter ex-government scientist who has created a mock-up of an electromagnetic pulse bomb, which he wants to send to the Pentagon before he dies. He convinces his ex-wife to take it there, saying it's a last wish because he's dying of cancer. She reluctantly complies and takes the big crate on a private cargo plane flown by Vincent Spano (RATS). It turns out that the mockup is a real bomb-and it's equipped with a mind of its own-the mind of its creator. Both the crew and the government have to figure out how to stop it before it explodes-and the clock is ticking.This was a four-hour movie, which was two hours too long. The women characters are surprisingly bitchy and very unpleasant, which I thought was interesting, but the story got way too melodramatic at times. John Glover is always good to see as a villain, though.
