In this made for television docu-drama, a group of terrorists overtake a nuclear power plant on the California Coast. It's back and forth between the government guys, led by Bruce Greenwood, and the terrorists. Midway through, though, you start thinking that they're not exactly what they seem to be-and it turns out that the masked men aren't foreigners at all but American soldiers. What is their agenda?
