In this made for television docu-drama, a group of terrorists overtake a nuclear power plant on the California Coast. It's back and forth between the government guys, led by Bruce Greenwood, and the terrorists. Midway through, though, you start thinking that they're not exactly what they seem to be-and it turns out that the masked men aren't foreigners at all but American soldiers. What is their agenda? Do they plan on have the reactor melt down? The answer is interesting and the movie gets its point across.
