This is just a sloppy, half-hearted SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN wannabee Executive produced by Glen A. Larson.Millions of dollars of diamonds are stolen by an android, hired by a rich Italian playboy, and a CIA man investigates. He gets too close to the truth and is nearly killed. But the U.S. government decides to transfer his mind into another android body in order for him to capture the renegade. It's interesting in that both androids look exactly the same, but the story with the love interest, her child (who is also his) and the insane army officials has all been done before WAY too many times. The movie is completely open ended, with one of the scientists saving the good android in the nick of time, telling him how they can do good for the world. I hope the Sci-Fi Channel doesn't make this into a continuing series.
