In CELLMATES, a rich young American man is jailed in Mexico for killing a girl with his car. He's put into what one of the other prisoners calls 'The Wrong Cell', in which prisoners have mysteriously disappeared. It turns out that the cellmate is other than human, an amorphous creature that devours its prey like an amoeba. This was fairly creepy, good use of lighting. DEMONS, on the otherhand, is played strictly for laughs. A demon (Richard Moll) tries to conjure up another demon but instead gets his dimensional counterpart, a nerdy insurance salesman. He demands that this man get him tons of gold. So what the man ends up doing is conjuring his own dimensional counterpart, this monkey-looking creature, to do his bidding.
