This Showtime movie is based on the true story of the only Excorcism performed by the Catholic Church in the United States. Timothy Dalton (ex James Bond) portrays an alcoholic priest, who, because of his unorthodox behavior, is given the task of casting the demon out of a young boy. There's moving furniture, writing that appears on the kid's body, lots of swearing and, of course, a vomit scene--everything we've seen in possession movies before. Why the devil the studio thought people would want to see this movie is beyond me.
