After his client wounds a jaguar, a game hunter named David decides to go after it to end its misery and finds himself in an area of the African jungle belonging to a tribe that worships the White Rhinoceros. Because he's trespassing and making the spirits angry, he's sentenced to death, but not before something really strange happens to him. As they are about to spear him in a cave, he touches the White Rhinoceros statue and is transported to a strange valley where white barbarian women rule. Their leader is the dark haired Kari (Martine Beswick), who is a tough leader. Her tribe of brunette amazons keeps the blonde women as slaves. They also keep the men chained up in a cave to do menial work--and to breed. David falls for a blonde named Saria and tries to help her. In the end, it all turns out to be some weird dream and ends with the African tribe that was going to kill him all happy and singing. PREHISTORIC WOMEN is a very odd movie and I'm not quite sure what the producers intended.
