Damn, this film is a far cry from that turd version Marvel made in the 80's with Dolph Lundgren and Lou Gossett Jr. This flick kicks ass! This here Punisher isn't too far off from the cool comic and it's mega-brutal and kinda gory to boot. Tom Jane makes for a decent likeness of Frank Castle and packs a pretty mean punch. He gets royally fucked in the beginning of the movie, losing his whole family to John Travolta's sleazy goon squad for killing the gangster's son. Well, Mr. Castle here gets left alive and there's some major hell to pay when he gets recovered. The vengeance he exacts on these assholes has to be seen to be believed! I loved it. He really takes care of business. I wouldn't mind seeing another Punisher flick if it can continue along the same lines. Good stuff.
