If you've seen KING COBRA, BOA or PYTHON or SPIDERS than this movie will seem awfully familiar to you, so I won't even repeat the plot. I won't repeat it! Okay.I just want one question answered--why is it that they always have these genetically created animals as a weapon for the government? If they can't control the creatures to begin with how do they think they're going to use it as a weapon? Scare the enemy if they have a phobia of snakes? This sequel was shot in Russia, though, so there's some interesting locations--and the snake effects are an improvement. But I won't repeat that plot....
