This U.K. film is one wild, fucked-up movie. Billy has obvious influences, but the story is funny, gory, kinda disgusting, and just different enough to make this thing worth seeing. A disgusting group of inbred looking assholes (except one daughter who's kinda hot in a backwoods kinda way) live on an island, farming and living there shitty lives. One day the patriarch of this clan decides to take the family goat out for a little bestiality fun and damn if he doesn't get the ewe pregnant. Damn! O.K., that's fucked-up enough for me, but then the kid is born. Billy (pretty obvious name) is part goat and part human and all ugly. None of Billy's new family like him too much except the daughter who takes care of him kinda like a surrogate mother, ahhhh...ain't that sweet? Billy's Dad can't stand him and is always beating and picking at the lil' fella. The last straw comes when the Dad gets in a fight with his son and gets bitten, majorly pissing him off. Later, he fucks Billy up throws him in bag and sinks him in the river, saying good riddance to his offspring. The daughter is a bit sad and misses Billy. Billy is tough though and manages to live on and grows up wild in the woods turning into an evil monster thanks to the abuse suffered early in life. Guess whom he hates most? The rest of the film is basically blood and guts as Billy stalks the woods killing off who ever gets in his way until finally deciding to go after that crummy bunch that was once his family. By film's end he's got everyone in violent, bloody ways that will have you laughing and wincing. Billy has become so mean and evil he only pauses for a second at the memory of his sister who once was his only friend before trying to kill her as well. Luckily (or unluckily if your Billy), her mainland boyfriend comes to the rescue, saving her and turning Billy into several pieces of roast mutton. I hated for this mess to end though, hell, it was damn funny and disgusting enough for all to enjoy.
