In one of Steven Speilberg's early made-for-tv movies Sandy Dennis and Darren McGavin (THE NIGHTSTALKER series) and their two kids move into an old country house that is possessed by an evil spirit. The previous owner, an old man, jumped to his death from the barn some years before. At first everything goes well with the family, until strange events start to happen. A strange, ominous feeling pervades the house. They notice the pentagram painted on the side of the barn--and Dennis, an inspired artist, starts making pentagram necklaces and hand them out at a party. This does not make the evil spirit happy--and soon some people meet tragic ends. Although filled with a feeling of dread and creepy atmosphere there's not a lot going on in the movie, particularly when it's revealed in the climactic scene who is possessed by the evil spirit.
