A very good follow up to the 1st and this series really is Marvel's best so far. The FX just work well for this character and we get another cool villain in Dr. Octopus introduced here. Miss Dunst is once again bra less and nipply as Mary Jane Watson and she and Spidey finally get it together by the end. All the action scenes and swinging action are jaw droppin' and the ending leads for another great film. I liked the way Doc Ock ends up being a heroic villain by the time he buys it. Wish Marvel could get there other films to end up this cool!
